RETURNS
If you find you are, for what ever reason, unsatified with your goods please return to us unworn, in the conditional to which you received them,with a proof of postage certificate (free), within 14 days and we will refund you.

DELIVERY TO THE DOOR
All our orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class post. A signature is required. You will be contacted to arrange payment and we will endeavour top despatch within 48 hrs. If an item is found to be out of stock you will be informed.

PAYMENT
Once your order has been received by us we will contact you. We except all major credit cards.We charge you card untill the goods leave our warehouse.

MADE IN ENGLAND
Little Shrimp clothing is made in England in small quantities so variations may occur between garments. This is an expression of our individuality not a weakness where possible we strive to support local business.

HOW TO WASH
To get the very best out of your Little Shrimp garment follow our Care guide below.

Machine washable at a max of 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry. Short spin. Wash as synthetics. Reshape whilst wet. Line dry.

We have a select customer base therefore we donot pass on any information onto any third party relating to our customer's we respect our customer's privacy and personal choice.

We do run out of stock occassionally. Fear not we place your order on our waiting list untill we are replenished. We will then contact you when the goods are in stock.

Postage will vary on weight and destination. We will contact you and quote delivery charge.

Our prices are subject to changes in VAT therefore we do reserve the right to increase our prices. Little Shrimp cannot accept any liability for failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment care instructions. Little Shrimp's total liability due to a complaint arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer.
